Application Requirements:

1. Letter of acceptance from the company.
2. National Identity Card.
3. Applicants must obtain and complete the necessary TVET and Bursary Application Form (TLAF).
4. Print the second loan application form.
5. Take the TVET loan application form and sign it with the seal of the Dean of Students/Financial Aid Officer.
   Keep a copy of the completed TLAF (required).

Drop off at the TLAF and HELB Student Service Centers in Mezannine One, Memorial Hall, or one of your nearest Huduma Centers.
