How to check KCPE results through SMS in 2024
Here’s how to check your KCPE result via SMS in 2023:
To get your KCPE result via SMS, send an SMS with your index number to 40054 for Safaricom, Airtel and Orange networks.
For example, if your index number is 1234567890, you would send the following text message:
1234567890 to 40054
You will receive your KCPE result via SMS within few minutes.
Make sure you have enough airtime before sending an SMS.
The cost of sending SMS to check KCPE result is Ksh. 25 via SMS on all networks.
How to Check KCPE Result Online in 2024
You can also check your KCPE result online by visiting the KNEC website and entering your index number.
This system allows you to check your result instantly and print your KCPE result sheet.
To check your KCPE result on KNEC portal, follow these steps:
- Visit the KNEC website (https://www.knec-portal.ac.ke/) and log in using your examination number and examination year as your username and password.
- Click on the “ONLINE – RESULT – SLIP” tab.
- Select “KCPE” from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your index number and click “Login“.
- Your KCPE result will be displayed on the screen.
