- Diploma in the respective course.
Diploma Course
- KCSE Mean Grade: A minimum mean grade of C minus (C-) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) is required. Additionally, there may be specific subject requirements depending on the chosen program. Applications for Diploma courses can be submitted through KUCCPS.
- Alternatively, individuals who have completed a relevant Certificate course can apply for Diploma programs directly at their preferred institution.
Certificate Course
- KCSE Mean Grade: A minimum mean grade of D plus (D+) in KCSE is necessary for admission. Applications for Certificate courses can be made through KUCCPS.
- Holders of Craft Certificates in the same course can apply directly to their preferred institution for admission into Certificate programs.
Craft courses
- KCSE Mean Grade: A minimum mean grade of D plain (D plain) in KCSE is required.

The accommodation fee is Ksh 5,250 per term and should only be paid after payment of institution fees.
Meals are also not included as the school’s meals are paid on a Pay As You Eat basis.
