1.Select Airtel Money from the menu

2.Select Make Payments

3.Select Paybill Number

4.Select KPLC PREPAID

  1. Enter the amount in Kshs you wish to pay.
  2. Enter your Airtel Money PIN
  3. Under Reference, enter your KPLC account number.
  4. You will receive a confirmation SMS from Airtel Money
  5. KPLC will generate a valid prepaid token number for your meter and send it via SMS.

  1. Dial *334# on your mobile phone.
  2. Select Airtel PayBill from the options available.
  3. Select KPLC as the recipient of the payment(s).
  4. Proceed to pay via following the prompts.
