This article is about how to Withdraw Fuliza From An Mpesa Agent. Fuliza is a continuous transfer service that enables Safaricom’s Mpesa customers to conduct their Mpesa transactions even when they do not have sufficient funds in their Mpesa accounts.

To take advantage of the Fuliza Mpesa overdraft service, a customer must register with Mpesa using an active Safaricom Mpesa line.

Customers will need to register for the service to avail its benefits.

A one-time fee of 1% will be charged to the customer who wishes to use the facility and a daily maintenance fee will be charged the following day from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

The customer will also be charged a withdrawal fee of 20% on the acquisition fee.

This means that a customer who uses Fuliza to repay before 00:00 the next day will only pay the access fee and the maintenance fee and the significant amount.

Initially, Fuliza was limited in terms of use. You can use the service only;

Use lipa and Mpesa services like payment, option to buy products / pay by account number.
Send money to other registered Mpesa users or other mobile money networks.

Buy airtime.
Send money to other Mpesa users to withdraw the money for you.

Safaricom recently introduced a service where one can withdraw cash directly from Mpesa and Fuliza agents.

The process is done in the same way as a normal business.

How To Withdraw Fuliza From An Mpesa Agent

  1. Go to Sim Toolkit or STK menu on your phone.
  2. You can also dial *334#.
  3. Select the Payment option.
  4. Select Withdraw money from agent.
  5. Enter the representative number.
  6. Enter the store number.
  7. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
  8. Enter your Payment PIN.
  9. Confirm your dismissal details.
  10. If the description is correct, accept the transaction or Fuliza’s request to complete the withdrawal request. You can also withdraw using the Mpesa app
