This article is about Azima Sacco Membership Eligibility & Requirements. Azima Sacco Society Limited was formerly known as Kenya Canners Sacco. It was registered as a cooperative company in 1966, but the registration was renewed on 13 April 1987 under the Companies Act, Cap 490.

Sacco was born from the union of the employees of the Delmonte (K) company united by a common need for economic growth. Over the years Sacco has provided financial services to its members, which has seen them grow in many ways as a deposit taking Sacco.

In 2016, the Sacco opened its doors to the public so that it can enjoy the same growth that its members have had and continue to have. With 10,344 members in FOSA and BOSA, Sacco has its headquarters in Thika and a branch in Ol Donyo Sabuk offering BOSA and FOSA services.

Eligibility to join Azima Sacco


The doors of the society are open for membership to all who wish to join, provided they fit within the accepted common bond. Most of its members are from Delmonte Kenya Limited based in Thika.


Azima Sacco membership requirements


Fill out a membership application form which is available on the company’s website, at its headquarters and in all branches throughout the country. Pay a one-time fee of 600Ksh.
Buy 600 shares at Ksh 20 each. The minimum deposit contribution is Kshs 1,000.
