Students often train at Webuye Sub-county Hospital and Bungoma Sub-county Hospital for their medical experience.

They also have access to unique medical experience at other licensed health centers such as Mbale, Mosoriot, Sirisia, Cheptais, Naitiri, Bokoli, Kabuchai, Makunga and Bumula.

The rural community health experience is supported by teaching and referral hospitals in districts including Nakuru, Kakamega, Kisumu, Siaya and Kisii specifically for mental health.

Aside from academic activities, the school encourages students to participate in various clubs, societies, and sports activities as part of their extracurricular activities.

The sports policy is kept and the school has done well in college sports, doing outstanding work in volleyball, football, basketball, badminton, tennis, netball and sports, winning many trophies in races like 10,000 meters and 100 meters. , among others.
